Tips sa Pagsagot ng Job Interview: Handa Ka Na Ba?
Ang job interview ay isa sa pinakamahalagang hakbang sa pag-a-apply ng trabaho. Ito ang pagkakataon mong ipakita ang iyong kakayahan at personalidad sa employer. Kaya naman, mahalagang maging handa! Narito ang ilang mahusay na tips upang masagot mo nang maayos ang mga tanong sa job interview at mapalapit sa trabahong inaasam mo.
1. Alamin ang Kumpanya at ang Posisyong Inaaplayan Mo
- I-research ang kumpanya – Alamin ang kanilang misyon, produkto o serbisyo, at kultura.
- Unawain ang job description – Tukuyin kung paano tugma ang iyong skills at karanasan sa posisyon.
Halimbawa ng sagot:
Interesado po ako sa posisyong ito dahil tugma ito sa aking skills sa customer service. Bukod pa rito, gusto kong maging bahagi ng inyong kumpanya dahil hinahangaan ko ang inyong malasakit sa mga customer.
2. Magsanay sa Mga Karaniwang Tanong
Narito ang ilang madalas itanong sa job interview at paano ito masagot nang maayos:
Pakilala mo ang sarili mo.
Tip: Huwag lang basta magkuwento. I-highlight ang iyong experience, skills, at career goals.
Sagot:
Ako po si [Pangalan], may [ilang taon] na karanasan sa [industriya]. Sa aking trabaho bilang [dating posisyon], natutunan ko kung paano epektibong [mga natutunang skills]. Excited akong gamitin ang aking kakayahan upang makatulong sa inyong kumpanya.
Ano ang iyong mga kahinaan?
Tip: Ipakita na may ginagawa kang paraan para pagbutihin ito.
Sagot:
Isa sa mga kahinaan ko ay pagiging mahiyain sa pakikipag-usap sa maraming tao. Pero, sinisikap kong ma-improve ito sa pamamagitan ng pagsali sa mga training at pakikisalamuha sa iba.
Bakit ka namin dapat i-hire?
Tip: Ipakita kung paano mo matutulungan ang kumpanya.
Sagot:
Naniniwala po ako na ang aking karanasan sa [field] at ang aking abilidad sa [skill] ay makakatulong upang mas mapabuti ang inyong operasyon. Handa rin po akong matuto at magbigay ng best performance para sa inyong team.
3. Ipakita ang Kumpiyansa at Positibong Pag-uugali
- Magsalita nang malinaw at may respeto.
- Iwasan ang sobrang kaba—kalma lang at maging natural.
- Maging positibo kahit sa tanong tungkol sa dating trabaho o employer.
Halimbawa: Kung may tanong tungkol sa iyong dating trabaho, iwasang magsalita nang negatibo.
Sa halip, sabihin:
Marami po akong natutunan sa aking dating trabaho, ngunit sa palagay ko ay mas makakapag-contribute ako sa bagong oportunidad na ito.
4. Maghanda ng Iyong Sariling Tanong
Ang mga employer ay madalas nagtatanong, “May gusto ka bang itanong?” Samantalahin ito upang ipakita ang iyong interes!
Halimbawa ng tanong:
- Ano po ang mga qualities na hinahanap ninyo sa ideal na empleyado?
- Ano po ang susunod na hakbang pagkatapos ng interview?
5. Ayusin ang Iyong Pananamit at Oras ng Dating
- Magsuot ng maayos at propesyonal na damit.
- Dumating 15-30 minuto bago magsimula ang interview upang makapag-relax at maghanda.
